Currently representing ICE detainees in federal habeas proceedings (S.D. Cal.)

Currently support refugee-led research on Taliban rights abuses.

Provide contract support for pending human rights impact litigation.

But if you are an immigrant or refugee and would like me to investigate a systemic practice by ICE violating noncitizens’ constitutional rights, please contact me. I additionally support nonprofit immigration service providers in San Diego with current habeas needs.
